This Privacy Policy explains how Kervin Lejean ("Quick Assistance") collects, uses, and protects personal information. We are based in Quebec, Canada, and comply with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (as amended by Law 25) and applicable Canadian privacy law.
From business users: name, business name, email, phone number, business details (services, availability, address), account credentials, and payment/billing information (processed by Stripe).
From end customers: name, phone number, and email (when provided during a call or booking); booking details; payment information for bookings (processed by Stripe); and call/SMS interaction metadata.
We do not sell personal information.

Each provider processes data only as needed. Some providers may store or process data outside Quebec or Canada; where that occurs, we take steps consistent with Law 25 to protect it.
Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers. Stripe is a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We receive limited information such as confirmation of payment, but not full card numbers.
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. When no longer needed, information is deleted or anonymized.
Under Quebec's Law 25 and applicable law, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction, request deletion (subject to legal retention), withdraw consent where applicable, and lodge a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
